APPRENTICE WAGES

First Year:

50%, 55% and 60% of Journeyman's wage plus benefits (Health/Welfare, Pensions & Vacation Fund).

Second Year:

65% and 75% of Journeyman's wage plus benefits (Health/Welfare, Pensions & Vacation Fund).

Third Year:

85% and 95% of Journeyman's wage plus benefits (Health/Welfare, Pensions & Vacation Fund).

All Apprentices pay an hourly UNION DUES Check-off and Monthy membership dues which is based on a percentage of thier pay, it is less than Journeymen dues.
